Machado Fundraising Seminar
As you all know, after a long last weekend with seminars, testings and promotions, Shihan went to Texas to the Machado Brothers Camp. The Machado Brothers are the Gracie’s first cousins. They have trained along side the Gracie family since they were in diapers. Well over the week that Shihan was over there. A catastrophe happened in the headquarters of Machado Texas. Carlos Machado’s school had a fire situation. Althought, and thank God that the school was salvaged, they have lost all their mats which they had just purchased brand new for the Machado Camp.
We are joining their and everyone’s efforts to raise money for this academy. They are family to our academy and we are going to do all that is possible. Being martial arts business owners we know first hand what it is like to purchase and loose things due to catastrophes ourselves. This is the reason we had to move from Verona which we called hom for 7 years and this is the reason this story is so close to our hearts. It can literally set someone back months. We have been lucky enought to have never lost our mats but Carlos Machado’s academy can not hold any more classes. We also know what it is like to get help from students, friends, family, neighbors and strangers in order to get back on our feet. Professor Carlos is known as a pioneer in changing people’s lives through the martial arts and helping people get out of hardship that life brings their way. Its our turn to give back.
We are holding a special 1 hour seminar at our academy, TOMORROW, SUNDAY OCTOBER 23.
We are asking for a donation of $25 or anything anyone can give. Even if you can not come to the seminar. Please help our with a donation of any kind to help out this cause.

You will have a first hand chance to see Sempai Rick, Sempai Fabian, Sensei Julio and all the MMA Fighters from our affiliate school in Philadelphia train for their big fights in December.
